The Frank L. Haynes Graduate Student Research Award Competition Committee Chair, appointed by the President, shall select additional committee members representing the subject matter areas of The Association. This Committee shall develop the guidelines, procedures, and process for promoting graduate student participation in The Association through presentation of research papers at the Annual Meeting. Student presentations shall be evaluated by this Committee and awards presented at the Annual Meeting Awards Banquet. The Chair of the Committee is responsible for finding the funds to pay for the awards.
